Return Policy

Wrong Item Delivered or Item Damaged

• Step 1 - Raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery at Email - [email protected] or on Whatsapp at +91 9303783763 with the pictures of the wrong item delivered and your order ID.
• Step 2 - Allow us 48 working hours to review your replacement request.
• Step 3 - On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.
• Step 4 - In case our reverse pick up service is not available at your location, we will assist you with an alternative option.
• Step 5 - As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location, we will ship your replacement product (depending on the stock availability or else we will refund).

We will not be able to return/replace your products in the following cases

1. If the product is used or tampered with.
2. If the product is not in its original condition.
3. If the product is returned without its original packaging, accessories, and tags.
4. The return/ replacement request is generated after 3 days from the date of delivery.

Order Cancellation

We allow order cancellation before your order is processed. Once the order has been processed we cannot cancel the order.

Refund:

Your refund will be initiated within 48 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of the refund. Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit depends on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques). For both cancelled orders & returned products (due to incomplete sets, incorrect style, wrong sizes), the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase.
